. Picked this up from a co-worker this week. Was really looking for a springfield loaded or the ruger but this one kind of fell in my lap

just ran the serial number.
If i were you i would throw different parts of that gun in several really deep area lakes or rivers.

Yeah. I fish them on the bottom for the most part. I have many unaltered to fish on top if that is what they want. One of the best days I've ever had on TB was on a spinner fished on the bottom in 10-12' of water. Partner was fishing a lizard on a rig. I culled out all of his fish with a 1/2 and a 3/4 ounce Stanley. Hildebrant 4 and 4.5 willow main blades.

I've only ever had luck on smaller ones fishing them up, but there was a day I was with a buddy and he was catching some nice fish on a 3/4 oz with a single big Colorado blade. Like spoon sized blade. We were pond hopping that day though.
