Protect your phone inside your pockets if you are wearing waders. Busted a hole in mine and phone got wet and is now dead.

If your gloves are too thick to get a good grip on the ladder rungs, figure out a way to remove them without taking both hands off the rung.

Didnt end badly but it could have.

It doesnt matter if somebody tells you a gun is unloaded when they handed it to you. Be in the habit of checking it.
