My favorite boudin on God's green earth is Poche's. The plate lunches are very good. If they are serving backbone stew or crawfish etouffee then get that. They sell the best pre-seasoned, pre-stuffed beef tongue I've ever had. Their andouille us also great in any gumbo I've ever put it in. I rarely speak so highly of a place, but they deserve it
