I like the aluminum bodied Fenix lights for price/output/value. I have a couple of the plastic bodied lights but I prefer the aluminum ones.
I keep two of these in my boat plus one at home and one at my camp.

I think they are PD35 (aluminum body) -- 1700 lumens (with three lower output levels) - long throw (not sure of distance). I use them if running to fishing spot before daylight.

Never had one fail. Never. They get rained on and sit in the sun in the summer. I think they are about $80. LINK

Also have a Fenix for about 6 years. Aluminum body removable rechargeable battery or 3 cr123. Does 4 brightness top being 1000 but is only supposed to hold 1000 for like a minute or 2 before getting to hot and starts going down. I think the next one down was 800 and that one is supposed to hold. Lowest is 100 or so. Don't have it around me to see what model but really good edc and all around flashlight. Was like $70 or so when I bought it.

I bought a cheap $35 rechargeable led dive light off Amazon that’s damn near as bright as a Q beam. Has three settings and lasts about 1 hour on high and 3-4 on low. Sucker will get hot on high though but I like that it’s water proof to 165’ depth so no worries if you drop it in a puddle etc.

Sofirn LT1

I use this one when I'm catfishing at night. If I'm going to be camping multiple days I use an old Coleman duel fuel.

I've got an old school Streamlight. It's been used for many a hunting season and been blinding crabs on Orange Beach with the kids for many of a summer. As a bonus, its got enough heft to crack a skull if needed. Just had to buy a new battery this year after at least 10 years of use and it always seemed to hold a charge for months.

I have this one LINK

Really pleased with it. Double click gives it super powers.

Dont use it as a headlight much though. Not a big fan of headlights unless I'm frogging.
