Update - Ford confirmed it is the driver side cat. It will be replaced under 8yr/80k emission warranty tomorrow (75k miles on truck
)
Pulling the boat yesterday must have blew out most of what was rattling because it was all but non existent when i got home and i had a meaner growl coming from the magnaflow. kind of liked it

Typical search the Internet for a headache cure and leave thinking you have brain cancer haha.
At the beginning stages it could have been oil related and I was fearing the worse being low on oil but after getting under there it was pretty cut and dry.
