It used to be similar in LA., usually was stuff like homeless shelters or Meals on Wheels. Oh, come to think of it, they did it in OK. too. Both states may have discontinued though over liability reasons.

The article indicated the number of guides and clients. So that's how I know how many were fishing.

“208 over” doesn’t mean any particular number of anglers- it could be 2 and still be 208 over.
