About 50ish years ago green jeans put a foam (I think it was foam) deer with reflective eyes in the turnrow of a soybean field outside of town. Pour thing didn't last a week with all the outlaw redneck night hunters shooting it.

It’s all a money grab. Anything they can write you up for to make money.

A guy I went to highschool with was playing college baseball in Mississippi and spotlighted one. Shot it with his bow.

Close to 30 year ago I worked with this guy whose teeth looked they were transplanted from a horses mouth, so we called him Horse. He got busted in Talladega County spot lighting and shooting a fake deer from his truck on a road in the middle of the night without a license. He basically broke every law on the books at one time. I don't remember his punishment.

How else do you prevent road hunting? Road poaching is about as low as it goes especially if you own private land and have it done on your property

If he shot a decoy with a bow and was close enough to hit it with a bow and it never moved besides the head or an ear while he stalked to get close enough, I do not want to hunt with that dude.
