How many do you harvest every year? I thought they were very good eating?
There's that Nilgai hunt at some State Park in Texas I've watched some videos of, very low chance draw and low success rate I think but would be a fun cheap hunt.

Just one or two between my brother and friends. Typically we split the meat when someone shoots one.
