Unless I’m seeing it wrong, she is a he…and unless he’s been cut, which is possible, at that size the meat isn’t going to be worth the effort.

I killed one that size a few years ago,weighed exactly 263.Mine was a sow so it ate good.
My friend killed a 300 lb boar ,his balls were big as a soccer ball.He got it processed and it was delicious.I would have never believed it if I hadn’t tasted it myself.
What to do is cut out a little meat and fry it in a skillet before you go to trouble of cleaning the whole hog.If it’s rank you’ll find out quickly in a skillet.

I just go with the assumption anything 100 lbs. or less or a sow will be edible. I will at least cut a little section of back strap out of the big boars and cook it and taste it, if it's good I skin it and keep it, if it's bad then the coyotes and buzzards get to eat it.

Killing one that never saw it coming is more likely to be ok than one run by dogs.
