Goin with 12 buds, 3 boats staying in a camp on back side.

Any recs on fishing ? Back side, near offshore, beach ?

Fourchon ? Four Points ?

Live shimps to be on board....

An earlier trip we had planned that we had to cancel

All depends on what the wind is doing.

We’ve wore the specks out along Fourchon surf the last month. If y’all do make that run from GI to Fourchon, I’d run and hit Timbalier too.

Always get you a couple quarts of live shrimp just in case you strike out on plastics. I’d start out throwing a Matrix Vortex

Forecast has changed, looking for 20+ out of the east. The front side will be out and the back side ain't gonna be much better. Buy more beer with the gas money you gonna save leaving that boat on the trailer.

We are headed down for my sons Bday party and forecast looks rough. May not even launch the boat.

What about bull reds in the pass? I will have a handful of kids and need to try to get something to pull on our line...
