GPS Mapping Card

I recently purchased a Lowrance Elite TI for my boat. I fish mainly the Delacroix area, but sometimes will venture down to Fourchon/G.I. I am a little confused on which card to get for my GPS. I am seeing the Standard Mapping LA-1 classic, SM LA-EAST (which covers Delacroix), and also the SM LA-EAST premium that supposedly has more features. Does anyone have any recommendations on which one to get? I really would like to have a chip that shows safe navigable paths so I can try to venture out to new spots.
Also, should I be looking at legend cartography instead of Standard Mapping?
