I want one for catching specks on top. We've used them wakeboarding and it's pretty damn cool

The case he has on it in that pic is the waterproof case. Can't really see shite around here underwater.. He must be in some seriously clean water

Definitely. You can make some pretty sweet videos.

They're legit.
We bought one last year for a ski trip.
Know people who sky dive with them, They've dropped it mid-fall and it was found weeks later in the woods. The people who found it figured out who it belonged to and returned it, still worked.
I planned on using it for spearfishing, but everytime I went this year, we were in too much murk.
