Keep eyes on this and contact the appropriate people. Personally I think the idea of regulating a “firearm manufacturing machine” is absurd since that would include routers and drills. Hopefully it will get tossed out early on.
I’ve also stated that I think gun control will be a losing issue for any politician for at least a minimum of 5 years. Corona hysteria has really slapped people in the face with reality, not to mention the civil unrest in a lot of large cities. Regardless of that, always be vigilant for bogus legislation like this to sneak through the cracks.

This reads like it is specifically designed to target desktop CNC machines like the Ghost Gunner but, like all legislation proposed by the legally and technically ignorant gun-control dims, has absolutely no concept of the 2nd and 3rd order effects nor how easily it can be circumvented.

I guess the question will turn on whether it has a shoulder thing that goes up, you know, the folding barrel shroud adapter.
