Using that analogy, I consider the gas tank to be the clip/magazine. Cranking the car would be the equivalent of chambering it. If I'm gonna run somebody over, I gotta start the car first!

Gmkr I drive an electric car.
And the Newellton story is pretty funny. My boy was drunk as a skunk, pissing on the side of a gas station. Some Canadian guy told him to put that little American dick up. He said frick you. Canadian pulls a gun on buddy. I put a bead on Canadians head. CanadIans fleas the country.

I'm not going to carry around shells for my revolver in my pocket. A semi-auto can be easily chambered when the time comes, it takes much longer to load a revolver (excluding Barney Fife technique or speed loaders which I don't carry around with me). Also, there is a difference in Single Action vs Double Action weapons
So, witht the revolver why don't you keep the round at the barrel empty and loaded on the rest.
And not sure if your revolver is a single action or double action.
My revolver is a DA.
Two Sig 226 SA/DA
H&K USP SA/DA
Glock 26 S/A only
Ruger LCP D/A only

No, b/c there is a clear intention to travel forward. When you shoot, do you ever stop between firing rounds (i.e. stoplight analogy).

Not too many working parts to have to worry about. Should be good to go.
gmrkr, if his opinion is that he is better off having a gun full of bullets without one in the chamber is better than not having a gun, then he IS right.
Deal with it.
