trick worms work great in ponds and spinnerbaits. depends on how deep it is a crank bait does good and also texas rig worms.

After all the other suggestions, you may try a little baby 1 crankbait. I know that many in the OB don't like cranks, but I used to find them productive for smaller bass and sac-a-perch

In addition to everything said, be very quiet from the moment you arrive and cast ahead of yourself as far as you can working your way around the bank. I have found small pond fish to very timid when people are around.

Trust me on this. 1/16oz jig head with a simple chartreuse/lime green curl tail grub. Work it different ways until you find out how they want it (TWSS).
Will catch any and everything in a pond. Sometime I go a whole year with just that tied on my ultralight spinning rig. When a good sized cat takes it, you have about 10 good minutes of fun.
