You don’t own it anymore? How long did you own it?

I bought a Pathfinder 1810V last year. i fish the islands in coco all the time in it. Plenty big enough for salt water . Also nice that its small enough for freshwater. 10K and it was a 2000 model.

Do you know the length on trailer by any chance?

I do not. I'm guessing 24-25ft with trailer and boat. I can measure tomorrow afternoon if you need the info.

Don't worry about it. I have a 22ft long space to store an 18ft boat. Judging by your response it is clear I will need a swing tongue, and even then it would cutting it close.

buy a $20k hull+trailer and get an engine next year.

Then that becomes a $35k rig one year after purchase.

The guy said his budget was $20k. What are y’all not understanding about that?

Update from OP:

Found a 2004 Kenner 18v with a 2006 Mercury 115 4 Stroke.

$10,000.

Trailer fell apart on my way home, so immediately got a new trailer.

Trolling motor was a POS 12v motorglide.

Took it to the long rocks a few weeks ago and boat handled great, motor ran well.

Boat is at Tim's Marine getting a 24v terrova and a power pole.

Will have this boat rigged out, new trailer, etc. for at $19,000.

Right on budget, and what appears to be a solid 1st purchase.

Sorry for laughing, but I had such a terrible time with my one bay boat trailer purchase.

This is where I'm at with a potential buy for an 18ft Triton Sea Flight. Needs some fiberglass work to patch screw holes. Will need new rub rail and bottom paint too. The Ubolts on trailer need to be replaced. After all said and done I'll be between 15-20k. Also taking the Dolphin Pro 2 Ttop off and selling to help offset costs.
