Was anyone offshore when the earthquake happened this past sunday?

How big of an earthquake would it take to really frick all the people offshore fishing ?

Offshore fisherman wouldn't be greatly affected. Guys fishing the paasses and islands would be more affected. Would probably need to be 7 or higher in a shallow rift to cause a tsunami.

We were fishing south pass and didn’t notice a thing

But at least I can say I survived an earthquake

I was offshore at the time, MC773. We were sitting there watching TV when we felt what we thought was someone in the crane moving a heavy object... the only issue with that is the crane operator was sitting with us at the time.

Not sure but I'm sure the crawfishermen are meeting to raise their prices.
