Trained a dog for a guy who’s click leased the Sylvester farm(all of it) for years. Slowly they lost all but a thousand ac and went from 2,000 birds a year to 400-500 but the price stayed the same. 300 acs north of 82 on Miller is $15,000-$50,000 and you also bought levee maintenance.
