This biochem of aging class I'm in is starting I scare me healthy. It's one thing when you just are told some things are bad for you, but when you have to go read through 10+ scientific studies on the effects of trans fats it's like "holy shite I'm never eating this stuff again"

Mine used to be. It slowed down when I hit 21 though. Or maybe it was the lack of any physical activity for 4 years after playing 4 sports in high school for 6 years

I'm single and never home, so being conservative about my eats is difficult. I don't eat much fast food, but I eat a lot of fried foods.

Yeah I would go with the fact that you quit playing sports. I just try and eat healthy and exercise regularly, but I love to cook. So I pawn my food off on my friends haha. I made a go-box for one of my BRPD friends not too long ago. Pulled pork and brisket, mashed potatoes and green beans. I gave him like, 3 extra plates to share with his colleagues, but he ended up bringing them home and putting them in the fridge for himself
