Glassman's Tuna Club.....
Sashimi grade tuna seasoned with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper. 1.5" thick grilled over very high heat for 1 minute per side.
Home made wasbi mayo. Two egg yolks in mini food processor whirred and canola oil drizzled to the right consistency. Add 1 tsp of wasabi paste.
Three strips of apple wood smoked bacon cook just right. And a slice of a perfectly ripe creole tomato.
Arugula tossed with sea salt, ground black pepper, a little sesame oil and balsamic vinegar.
Ciabbata bread cut to the size of the tuna, lightly grilled. Some of the wasabi mayo spread on both sides of the bread. Tuna, bacon, arugula and tomato on top. Best sandwich ever.

Cut it down to 30 secs a side and I think you might have the cure for cancer there.

A lot better than the bleu cheese and shrimp abortion on the Food Board.

Very nice, but I like the finer things in life like chips on my sandwich.

That didn't sound bad either!

And a few weeks ago, I possibly had the best sandwich I've ever put my lips on.
Ham and cheese with 4 different cheeses. Dipped in a beautiful batter and fried to a perfect golden crisp. Topped with a hint of powdered sugar and I came on myself.

Glass, where the hell did you come from? I just got back from kitchen. Yay cupcakes!
Now for the office work . . . . . errr, TD and "studying".
Example of a sandwich: 2 slices of sourdough bread, warmed fresh turkey/duck/pork/venison, choice of cheese (the softer the better), place in a sauté pan with a little butter, flipping until the bread is toasted and cheese is melted. Serve with pretzels or chips.

I can guarantee you it wasn't as good as mine. I literally cried when I took the first bite.

I'm eating grilled cheese tonight!

I just put a whole pack of hillshire farms ham and some kind of badass combo of cheeses, like cheddar and Colby pepperjack or something. Stick in the oven til the bread is lightly toasted and cheese melts. Sometimes add shredded cheese on top of the other cheese too.

See, I don't know how you guys can eat that sort of thing. I try to stay away from a lot of the stuff I cook / bake.

Nah I gained a little weight so I stopped eating shite like that as much and started working out. It helped.
