I have bad Brown patch this year for the first time in my front yard. I went over to plant tech and showed them pictures and they gave me a product call F-Stop to put out. He said its a big problem in our area with the cold hot cold hot patterns we had along with the rain.

You are going to get a shitload of responses saying its too late. I'd go ahead and do it anyway. We've had late cold this year and my theory is that the weeds are later in arriving also. I've applied it late in past years and had great success. My neighbor gets pissed every year because my front yard is green and his is white with clovers.

I had so much dead area and its coming back patchy and a lot of weeds are getting in there before the St Aug can choke it out. Its a pain.

thats whats going on with mine, but the dead patch is pretty damn big
the dead patch was created when i sprayed the image 3d stuff and all the weeds there died, hopefully the good grass will spread there soon
