Pops has always called them Mexican Squeelers. Every year we get a few flights that refuse to leave our property, no matter how many of them we drop the rest just circle around and look at the dead ones. Don't think they're the smartest duck out there.

I love sheephead. Nothing wrong with some fresh sheephead for me and I'm from Venice, LA. Lot of people think it is trash but it is a tasty fish in my opinion. Just a little harder to clean than a redfish or trout.
