I 2nd Nunu's in Milton. Turnaround is pretty quick (2-3 days) and price is very reasonable.

I had a 130# doe done this year. 15# of sausage, backstraps and tenderloins whole, everything else ground up with 10% ribeye fat, seasoned and vacuum packed. $100

my kid got a 235lb buck. I brought it in quartered up. I wanted half fresh sausage half smoked sausage. they had to debone it. price was 625 bucks. frick me. great reputable place but prices have gone insane.

My grandfather uses MC Taxidermy and Processing in Carencro since it's close to his house. He has been using them for years and is happy with them. Their little jerky stick things are good. Their prices aren't too bad either.
