Good luck! If you ever want to make your own sausage, go see Dickie, he has all the shite to make it, grinder, mixer, vaccuum packer, erythang!

One deer usually takes two-three boston butts. You can buy the seasoning in a pack at Rouses. It is the same seasoning that they use for their sausage. It takes longer to clean up the mess than to make the sausage. We usually do 5 or 6 deer at a time. Hunt in the morning, drink beer and make sausage and hunt in the evening.

Sorry guys, it was two does I killed about 10 days ago. We have so many doe tags I try to drop every last one I see.
