Very tempting but will be gone all of Nov, most of Dec and and a couple weeks in Jan so wouldnt be worth it. How often are there openings? Do you have any other properties?

We usually have an opening or two. We had more this year because of the O&G downturn. We have a lot of other properties of which I have a few leases come available each year. Most of our ownership is in Texas, but we have sizeable holdings in Bossier Parish, and a little in Arkansas.

Newton, Jasper, Tyler, Walker, Houston, Nacogdoches, Angelina, Sabine, San Augustine, Rusk, Panola, Cherokee, Shelby, and Cass County (may have left one or two counties out).

Nope, our entities that lease only have properties in Bossier and a few small tracts in Desoto. We have a few farms in Natchitoches Parish, but we use those in house.
