LeBlancs is ok at best. Days smokehouse is way better and Blaylocks in Hazelhurst, Ms. is the best I have found.

There's so many ways to have them. Sometimes beans (preferably black) like you said, or maybe re-fried, or with chipotle peppers... avocado, rice, or jalapenos, different cheese's, olives, tomato, cilantro, onions, lime, tomatillos, pickled cactus, Mexican style cabbage... and so on. ... And they're all so good !!!
