Custom rifle builder

This is probably going to be a long shot… talking about buying a new 257wby the other day got me thinking, since I already have a long range rifle(28 nosler), I should have a bucket list gun built for my next gun instead.
The gun in mind is a browning Blr 35 whelen with a proof research carbon fiber barrel, preferably a custom carbon fiber stock, and a trigger job. I’d have to buy a Blr in 30-06, and order a barrel blank from proof that would need to be threaded to fit the gun. 35 whelen is my caliber of choice since I already handload for it, and it’s just a badass caliber that knocks deer on their arse.
Does anybody know of anywhere that does this type of work? Seems like most “custom” gun places can pretty much just assemble some pre-fit online ordered parts and call it custom. This one is going to take some actual work to be done right.

Just buy a blue printed 700 action and a remage barrel.
LINK
These guys make them in 35 whelen and you can customize it pretty any way you want.
Several sites on line that cater to this. You can pick the length and contour to your liking. Build to your weight desires.
Add the trigger and break, pick a good stock and you can easily build this yourself.
Only tools you need is an action block and go-nogo gauges.
You can do it for less than half the cost and get a very accurate gun.
Not to mention the pride in having built it yourself.
I’ve done this w several 308s, a 6.5 and a dasher. All are sub moa guns that are exactly what I want. No compromise.

Thought about it in a lefty, but I’d prefer a lever gun since I don’t have one.

You could also have the barrel rebored or swapped.
Either way.
Either way.

There will be a lot of customize gun smithing to get the barrel to fit if it can?
Isn’t there a ring about midway up the barrel on a BLR? I don’t think you can put a ring on a carbon barrel. Not only that, how would the mount the rear sights.
Basically I’m thinking that isn’t possible. Besides that, that light weight of a gun would kick you about like a .50 bmg in a crack barrel.

Get an 06 BLR and rebore it to 35 whelen. Done, and much cooler than planned IMO
What you want is going to require a 100% custom stock made, lots of barrel issues, etc. I don't think you'll have a good time finding someone to build this

Get the BLR in a .358 WIN. Skip the custom.

The main thing I want is the carbon fiber barrel. Something you don’t see everyday and really makes it stand out.

It’ll be suppressed. I already have a suppressor on my current 35 whelen that I’ll swap between them.

Arrow-bee precision in Thibodaux could do that.

I'd call up Chad Dixon at LRI and pick his brain. That'd be my first step, im sure there are other gunsmiths that could handle the project, but some of the work he's posted in phenomenal.

This is America and you can do what you want, but this is like putting an autozone spoiler on a 67’ camero. For enough money you can find someone willing to do it, but the contour is going to make it look ridiculous and it’s gonna handle weird.

To each his own, but I disagree. Maybe on a more classic style lever gun, but I think it would be nice on a more modern style gun like the Blr. Handling it would probably be weird without the suppressor weight on the end, but the suppressor should level it out nicely.
Notice how the standard barrel is slightly below the top of the receiver. I think a slightly heavier contour that sits flush would also make it look better.
This tacticool crap they’ve been doing to lever action rifles is much more like adding an autozone spoiler to a 67 camero…
