If a lawyer can prove Remington caused SH in anyway, I am hiring that guy as a personal lawyer. I could sue anyone

One reason I do not buy in scripted ARs like Punisher, Come and Take it, etc. If ever used I would think that can be used against me.

how will the lawyer be able to prove that Adam Lanza saw the advertisements?

Seems like the parents should go after Nike or Dr Martin's, or whoever makes the clothes for kids nowadays. Basically, anything within a 2mi radius can be sued
