I have a Ford I bought from All Star in Denham Springs and have no complaints about their service department. They've worked on my son's Jeep as well. I had some issues with Gerry Lane, but that was a long time ago and don't know if they've changed their tune since then.

As a service manager when you have customers who have customers who have purchased several vehicles from you and do all their routine maintenance at your dealership they should be treated as a VIP vs a customer who didn't buy from you. I think their should be a difference in importance there. It gives you another selling point when talking to a customer on why they should buy from you instead of a dealer that's farther away. As far Supreme in Gonzales goes, screw those guys. They lie, and don't stick to their word when called out on it.

The people that work in the serv dept don't care but the owner of the dealership does. And guess who hires the service shop manager?
People on here pretending that the service end is completely disconnected from sales under the same ownership is delusional. Not sure preference happens at all dealerships but I bet it happens at most small places that are getting the squeeze.

Bought my new 2015 Silverado at Service Chevrolet in LFT and have used All Star Chevrolet with no issues.
