Well that may be true. I'm not saying that I agree with the dealers actions but it is what I have observed during 30 years consulting with dealer service departments. The OEM's policy is that you fix all vehicle regardless of where you bought it. But they also realize that the dealer will often treat their customers more fairly. As I said earlier it is human nature and good business to take care of their customers first. This does not apply to those traveling and breakdown. Those are always handled as quickly as possible. Just my observations.

True, however most dealerships will take care of their customers first, so if you don't mind waiting...

I see ads on TV & radio advertising the Chevy Silverado for $10,000-15K off of MSRP, all in & around BR area. So, if I understand correctly, you purchased a truck for $30k off of MSRP???

I got same truck for 15k less in tx than supreme would come off sticker plus got 5k more for my trade than supreme would give me. The salesman was cool didn't try to bullshite me or up sell any warranty. Got same apr as I was offered here through GM

Eh, better not be by too much or they are getting bad reviews on their factory dealer surveys, which they do care about

So, all together $20k less???
Man, I don't see how Supreme is able to stay in business...

But, if they put you off for a couple weeks, customer will probably go somewhere else. Besides, if you do too much "other dealer sales warranty work", then it skews the dealerships "retention" metrics, which they also care about...

They will back burner you if you didn't buy with them. They will prioritize their own customers. Funny all the OT ballers on here that want the best of all worlds.

Supreme in Gonzales is HORRIBLE! It took a total of 2 weeks, 5 trips there for them to correctly do a front end alignment and adjust my head lights correctly. fricked it up every time I brought it back. Front end was pulling twice as hard to the right AFTER the alignment than before. After one adjustment on head lights I was shining on the shoulder. Next time I was coon hunting in the trees. Next time I couldn't see my beams because they were pointing straight down. SCREW that place!

Very few Chevy vehicles have $5k delta between invoice price and sticker price. It will vary among models, but their holdback and dealer incentives usually total more than the invoice/sticker difference.
