Anyone ever use these Devos Lightranger lights? Just looking for one to light up a space at night without having to drag a cord everywhere.

I could get a ryobi light and just use my batteries, but its still $200. And Im not sure I need a 3800 Lumen light.

Would a couple of Sofirn LT1S work for you? They can be had under $40 and a bundle of 21700 batteries would give you a pretty long run time. You’d also have the option to not use the tripod and light up a tent or an indoor space. The warmer emitters are a nice bonus also.

Costco had a Duracell two pack lantern that is battery and solar powered from a panel on top. When out West, I would sit it outside, along with my jackery and its solar panel. I like the Duracell and it’ll run for a while on solar charge.

I have one of these, it's awesome. I hang it up under my tailgate tent when camping. It lasts a long time.

If you want a focused flood light the Sofirn sp36 is good. On high it lights up the woods like it's daytime.

Probably, was thinking we might need a little more light than that.

Ill have to check them out. We've had a couple crappy battery lanterns in the past, but they were only AA units.

I use a couple strings of luci lights from mpowerd

I’ve been impressed for the price point.

I have a Sofirn SP36. On the high setting, it's a tugboat spotlight. It has multiple settings, and at it's lowest setting could work as a light to cover a camping area.

Terrible. Light pollution is bad. Low light in the woods is the thing.

My buddy brings this one to Venice. Pretty bad arse light. Can be super bright, or dim. Also, has a dim amber color that's nice.
