I sure wish it had sewer. I heard sewer and cable were coming, but that was two years ago. I HATE doing the blue tank thing.

Hey, at least the Ag Department now has that improvement on its wish list. A fraction of the money and manpower wasted on Odom's doomed-to-failure sugar mill could have brought all of Indian Creek up to the highest standards.

Indeed. That would prob put it out of our price range for months out of the year so I will truck our poop around

My Father in law's gray tank mysteriously empties during the night. I wish mine did that.

Mine does that too. No way I'm trucking all that water up there. If something bad ends up down the sink I won't but it's usually just water.

Nope, Can use a tent also

So tent camping is ok at all sites, as long as you don;t have a camper too?

Do you know if the primitive tent sites have a water spigot? I need to take my girls up for their first real trip this fall.

Beautiful. We used to camp their. I learned how to ski in that lake back in '76.

Tents are fine just not more than one per site, hence not camper and tent either. In the primitive area you can put multiple tents per site and just pay more per tent.
No water at the primitive sites, but they do have a few bathrooms with water faucets spread out through the primitive area. If I were tent campin that's the way I would go. I use to pull my camper put there also before I had kids. Much more like camping being secluded and all.

I really miss the primitive area. No leash for dog. Can't see other campers. More peaceful. More nature. Maybe when the boy gets older, but it's looking like he is going to be a great indoorsman.

I didnt get on the point. Nothing open that I really like there. The good 3 are taken.

Got 13 and going to try to get 15 later today. I know when the guy on 15 is leaving.
You got a kickass spot. I really like 10, 13, and 15 though also.

Was 60 open? It's the most underrated spot there. 61 gets horrible evening sun.

Those in the teens you mentioned look great. Always wanted 10 or 15. They kinda ruined 15 with the new pad though.

What you mean? Someone was on it so I couldnt tell.

Believe it was. There were two open on the right that I liked. One had a pretty good drop off where you would walk out the door though and the wife didnt care for it. The other was too short for my camper and it had a steep drop in the back. I have to get one of the best 3 spots, 61,62, or yours on the point or I would rather 10-15.

I've only seen one member there in 10 years or so, and he was in the primitive area.

Sounds like poor communication. Seems everyone knows about it and has a spot.
