I’m renovating my house and adding an outdoor kitchen.

I’m thinking about building in a natural gas burner, but it would have to be “hot” enough to boil crawfish. Would also be used for frying , but I assume any decent burner can handle that .

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

I added a line with a control valve to be used with the G4 burner. I bought it at the la sportsman show. It boils crawfish great and its very quiet. I also cook other things on it besides crawfish. its an awesome addition to cooking outside.

My camp has the same burner linked in the reply above. We use it for frying and boiling. It can do it all.

It takes longer to boil than propane, but it is much quieter. We love it.

Burner

I got this power burner built into my outdoor kitchen and it will boil an 80 quart pot, cook a jambalaya, fry food, etc.

Usually a fry burner and sea food boiler will be two different burners.

A wok burner for boiling and a bango syle ring for cooking.
