Building a boat slip(s)

How many standard boat slips should I be able to build across 40ft? I am talking about slips you would see in Shellbeach,Hopedale, etc. Thanks.

Pulling straight in across the 40ft, maybe 4. Most beams are going to be around 96"

3 if there are walk ways down each side of each slip.
You might squeeze 4, but it would be tight with no access up and down the sides of the boat.

That's what I was thinking. 3 slips with two walkways
