By the time the waters were closed, it was time to renew anyway...but good point. So we prorate it, and since the waters were closed for about 1/10 of the year, here's your $3.

This is how I feel and why I didn't make a claim. But still, BP does own our State big time. I'm all for BP getting caned out of our state if they don't make things right. Right now as oil keeps breaking up off the bottom in the marshes, they are sending people out there to just spray more of that crap to sink it again. This is a fact. I know of two captains that are running boats out of Venice for the clean up BS. This is still going on and will for years to come.
