Bow fishing Charter

I’m thinking bout taking my son. Any suggestions on who to use? Any tips or suggestions for the trip?

Bowfishing unlimited out of port sulphur. We went with them as part of my Bachelor party a couple years ago. They have 4 or 5 camp houses right by the main lodge if y’all wanted to stay the night instead of driving back at 3:00 am. Shoot out of Airboats. All you do is shoot. Deckhand takes fish off of arrow and even fetches your drinks for you. You go out at Dusk and fish till about 2am. When you get back to the lodge They clean and bag all the fish.
We had 6 guys in our group and finished 2 short of a limit on reds, a few of which were real big bulls and some bonus gar. We had an absolute blast. In fact the week after we went the Saints charted them for a team chemistry weekend. I would highly recommend.

Marsh masters used to be good but I haven't been out in about 4 or 5 years. They may not even be in business anymore.

A friend of mine owns Hoss bow fishing charters. They always shoot a bunch of fish and he has a really nice camp he just built so you can get some sleep after fishing all night.

I know Illinois is too far for most, but Point Blank Bowfishing looks crazy fun. You really should consider wearing a helmet with these guys.
