Captain Ronnie Daniels out of Pass Christian ran a 2600 bay for a while (fell off a lift when the cable broke and messed up boat).

I fished it several times. Very solid boat. Wide, stable, handled chop well. Felt heavy.

As others have mentioned, there will be no dealer support, but are good boats.

I personally think they were better made than newer pathfinders and boats in that class.

Comparable to a blackjack 256 bay.

Blazer Bay is building the Pure Bays and Makairas now. They are a great company based on the Gulf Coast.

I still do not see the need Sonoma. If you listen to most of the so called experts out there, we should all be fishing in a Tidewater 3100
