Now I see at least 2 more cats in that group and a nice size flounder in the middle......the most impressive thing is the quantity of huge specks!!!

Chalmette area. All the trout were studs. Only a few throw backs.

Was just tuned into the LA sportsman show on ESPN radio and heard this alot. Most captains are saying all the specks being caught look very healthy and some of the biggest they have seen in the last 10 years. The warm weather as early as it started might do wonders for us. Can't wait until I can stack em up in Lake Pelto.

I dropped my iPhone in the water and thought for sure it was done. Dried out a few days and is good as new. Not too bad of a Easter.
