dumbest thing i have seen posted, yet. not every fisherman is going to catch a 9+ pounder in his life time. i would be willing to bet, very few fisherman do this, besides that you aren't even taking into consideration the individual fisheries. i swear, there are so many people in this world that just sit around waiting to be offended and pissed about someone else's success.
