I like some baked fish from time to time. Cold fried fish(like hte next day) reminds me of chicken tenders.

It would make my top 5, but towards the end. I don't many variety of fish though so I'm not in the know about some of the bigger fish.

I bake almost all of mine, but do like halibut or cod and chips (fried) on occasion. Baked macadamia encrusted halibut is my favorite fish prep.

I put all my salmon and steelhead on the grill. I try not to eat too much fried foods.
