I'll never understand the negative comments on catfish. I would pretty much choose it over any other fresh water fish.

I'm not a big fan of catfish. I wont even eat it if it's over 2lbs and I normally throw them back if I catch one while bass fishing (unless I'm hongry and the bass are slow)

Interesting. I only eat bass if there is nothing else to eat. Pretty much last on my freshwater list.

I don't throw them back because I don't like them, but I hate cleaning them.

you guys are totally missing out on the sheepshead sensation...that shite is good. Inshore list for me is trout, flounder, sheepshead in no particular order.

Grouper is my fave of the bigger fishies.

Anyone that doesn't say white perch has never had white perch. There are some good tasting saltwater fish (mahi, tuna, etc) but none even come close to fried white perch

I've never eaten grilled Tuna or much saltwater fish outside of Trout, Redfish, and Flounder.

That being said, my favorites are:
Flounder
White Perch
Bass

It's pretty much the last fish I eat.

I guess we all have different tastes.

I'll take White Bass all day long and many people hate them.
I like me some Red Fish too.
