Not surprising.
The LCP is the best seller on Bud's.
I best most areas would have most of these in their top counts for carry weapons.

i have an lcp and sig p938 for carry

and to be honest the lil lcp with the belt clip gets carried majority of time. Its just so small and lightweight and easier to carry for the most part.

I'm surprised to not see the Shield on the list. Of 9mm single stack carry guns it's still a hot seller.

Me too bapple. My favorite carry gun, but it took me almost three months to get it.

This is where I stopped taking this article seriously because obviously the writer has no idea what the frick he is talking about. No holster for a pocket carry gun? That's a great way to shoot yourself in the leg or foot. fricking idiot

Interesting how the S&W hammerless revolvers were/are very popular.

Central AL area. I don't want to get too specific for the OT though.

I am in Hoover. No big deal. I know damn near everyone in Jefferson County and Shelby County. I am stationed in Hoover with the Army.

I would have never guessed that S&W, but the others were easy.

Damn good point JMA. I didn't read the whole thing through but that is terrible advice.

Carrying any gun with the trigger exposed is just asking for trouble.

Probably my most carried pistol. Easily concealable, with the boot grip, it practically fits in a back pocket.

I was at a gun shop that caters to law enforcement looking for one of the wallet holster types for the LCP he said the one I was looking for was illegal Because the slide is not visable and was considerd "other than consealed". My wording may be off but it confused me all they had were the ones you don't un holster them you shoot it in the case had a hole for you trigger finger.

Can Anyone explain this?

I have never heard of anything like that. It is either visible or not visible.

I know I found this on buds gun shop site

Ruger LCP Wallet Holster (Leather)
This Holster is Perfect for Concealed Carry in the back or front pocket!
Gives the print of a wallet in your pocket.
The top slide is visible which makes this wallet holster legal.
Insert the pistol into the holster then insert the magazine and you are ready to go! You can fire the pistol, with it installed into the holster, and the design actually improves the grip of the LCP, especially for people with larger hands. There is a finger hole under the trigger hole for added control and comfort in shooting.

I know lots of people who just drop a small frame revolver or pistol in their pocket w/o a holster. Each to his own.
