Best in stock selection of 9mm semi-auto pistols?

Where in south Louisiana would you recommend the best place to find good selection of in stock 9mm? Want to buy a new one and would like to handle them. I've wanted to buy a Glock but no one has them in stock it seems. Any suggestions?

Your best bet is probably to go rent from a gun range and then order online from a big store like Buds.

Jim’s Firearms is going to have the best stock. Their prices are going to be MSRP.

That’s honestly like asking where the holy grail is located.
You should go to a gun range that rents guns and fire a few and then look online and use an FFL

Good luck finding anyone online that has a Glock, Sig or any other favorite 9mm in stock. If they get something it sells in minutes.
Glock 19 and 17’s are selling $100 above MSRP on gunbroker right now.

Thanks for the replies. I didn't know if I was just experiencing more scarcity in Lafayette area and maybe better stock elsewhere but sounds like will have to buy online and FFL.

Yep. I bought a Glock 17 MOS this past Monday at a place in Covington. Since I'm a vet, I was able to get a discount on it due to Glock's blue label program. Bring your DD-214.

My buddy ordered a Smith and Wesson 9mm from Academy the other day. Supposed to be shipped to the BR store next week. I’d think it’d be similar for Glock.
