This was a really good thread too. A guide giving great advice and then a kayaker noses in to ruin it.

Y'all ruin everything.

Fo the kayaker... I see alot of people put in past jugs over the levee to the left. There is red private gate but people slide their kayaks under it. It's a Ditch that runs out to a bay and people fish around in there. Still atleast half mile paddle though.

Notice he wasnt pimping his charter service or selling crap. Also posted on another "public land" thread.

But I agree, Last thing I want is a bunch of guides like Marty over here talking about how he was burn hackin with cocodrie cocahoes and bumping his threads every 5 minutes to keep them at the top.

I've been thinking that for a while now. Maybe we need to have some sorta OB fishing backchannel email shite going on.

To anyone who misunderstood my reasoning for registering on this site, it's wasn't to "pimp" my charter fishing business as I've never stated anything about it. With the amount of discussions I see on the OB about Dularge, I thought it would be helpful to some to merely offer help or advice to sportsmen who live 2 hours away from Dularge. I see nothing harmful in having a contact that knows exatly what the conditions are and who is willing to share that information to either help make a great trip, or avoid a wasted trip. I labeled this thread Bayou Dularge for those interested in the information.
