I knew Fork was ready to explode. After being low the last 2+ years, it's full again and full of flooded grass and brush.

I'm fishing tomorrow, but torn on where to go.

I signed up for BassCashBash which starts tomorrow, so the smart decision is Caddo or Toledo. This report makes me want to go to Fork though.

Any of them caught a crappie yet? Apparently, you can't release them.

Today is the last day. No minimum length, has to be kept. I like that regulation to thin them through the winter before they spawn.

It's only Dec. 1st through the last day in Feb.

Lee Livesay that won it last year is fishing in an aluminum Xpress.

Fork has good boat lanes, but that has to be the stumpiest lake in America. You just can't see as many with the water up.

Commercials are fine, but the live feed keeps buffering.

Is this happening for anyone else?

Click on the Bassmaster logo and restart the feed. Sometime I have to do it a couple times. It's been fine for me so far today.

These B-roll drone shots of the lake from last year when it was down keep throwing me off.

Speaking of...

There is a youtube channel a guy did with a drone when the lake was down. He has overhead shots of pretty much the whole lake 7+ feet low. Each cove is broken down in different videos.

ETA: Channel

Coffee Creek

Glade

Little Caney

Little Mustang

30+ pounds to get into the top 10 right now. Geez. Today wasn't predicted to be the best day either.

They'll go wild this weekend when it warms up.

It's going to be a 120+ lbs. tournament easily.

To this day, my best bass trip ever was there. I was fascinated by the guide's paper graph. We could see our line and jigs. Sat on a deep hump and caught so many fish over 5 it was ridiculous.

You mind me asking who your guide was?

This was probably late 90s. I have no memory of his name whatsoever.
