I don't really like this guy or his videos mainly because he baits his thumbnails and titles that have nothing to do with the video's content. But I watched this one.

sounds like it. the ATF claims that the only proper way to file a lawsuit is the pay the tax, ask for a refund from the AG Office, and if it's denied, then you file the lawsuit.

So they are admitting that they are illegally requiring a tax be paid to exercise a constitutional right.

I think they are expecting this, as it then gives them legal grounds to throw the book at anyone that pisses the establishment off (not that they haven’t already shown a willingness to ruin those who resist in other ways).

I used to watch him ... but he kept talking so fast (which is an insulting psychological ploy) that I, along with many others, dumped him and went instead to Armed Attorney, Washington Law and The Four Diners guy ... but Armed Scholar has apparently started slowing down his delivery ..... anyways:
The ATF has lost the pistol brace fight. What they're trying-to-do now is hang on to tax stamps for SBRs and cans because, if they lose those, they lose billions in income and they lose enforcement power over we law abiding citizens.
