ETA: Looks like the ATF is singling out the SB Tactical Braces.

AmmoLand News was not able to verify that the company used this language in marketing. Records received by AmmoLand News show that, on July 18, 2018, the ATF sent a letter to SB Tactical declaring that only two of their model braces had been approved for use as a pistol stabilizing brace. The specific models are the SB tactical SB15 and MPX SB.

Absolutely!

Has the change to the 4473 been discussed on here?

I’m emailing all of my reps tomorrow.

We tried to tell some of you when the bump stock ban happened it was a foot through the door. All those folks that didn’t care about bump stocks should start caring.

They are thumbing their nose at Trump. He signed an EO to stop more regulation. IF Biden gets elected get ready for every “assault” weapon to go on the NFA. It will happen within 6 months.

ATF using loopholes to get around EO. I would suspect if Trump wins he will fix but if he loses gun owners are fricked without a fight.

And then when Kamala takes over get ready for normal semi automatic pistols to get the same treatment. “Handguns kill more people than anything etc etc”

ATF is judge, jury and executioner. They have stepped WAY beyond their boundaries.

AOW is only a $5 stamp if you’re purchasing one on a form 4. It’s still $200 for an AOW stamp if you build one yourself with a form 1.
