That's pretty incredible for FPC. All members of FPC subject to the injunction.
This is probably the best membership drive that organization will ever have

So if I join, I don’t have to find the sunken boat and separate my pistols and plastic brace yet?

Appears to be the case

I was already a member, they aren't a worthless Fudd org like the NRA and (for the most part) stay out of politics. $30 a year and they sent me a "Save Dogs, Abolish the ATF" shirt.

Joined FPC. $30 is a small price to pay given what membership entails (in this case inclusion in the injunction).

$25 if you go through Guns-N-Gadgets Youtube links

Gunowners of America has a very similar bill that hasn't been ruled on yet. If you're hesitant about the verbiage in the FPC ruling, GoA is another option to become a member "before the injunction." $25 a month

i think i joined them back in february after they submitted their lawsuit. i think the current injunction only last until June '23, right?

FPC update...
today is the last day to join FPC according to a new policy they announced yesterday. if you join today, you're membership will read as a member since June 1st, 2022 and it will expire on December 31st, 2023.

So I just watched Armed Attorneys discussion on this injunction;
seems like the strict interpretation is, you had to be a member of FPC on the day the lawsuit was filed, and you need to be in the 5th Circuit (Texas, La, Miss). Otherwise, it gets really iffy. I don't like iffy.
The woman thinks you needed to be a member at that time, the guy thinks there may be some leeway to joining afterwards.
Since that's not definitive, I would err to the stricter interpretation. I wouldn't show up with a braced pistol anywhere if I did not meet the strictest of those interpretations (meaning, if I had joined after the lawsuit). The clarification from the 5th Circuit states you needed to be a member day 1, and I would assume the Feds could find out when you paid your dues.

3 injunctions granted in cases involving the FPC, GOA, and SAF.

Pisses me off no nationwide injunctions.
Of course, these judges are not hard-core progs, so they are going to be conservative in their rulings.

how many of you are going to be calling out the ATF today like the guy from Fenix Ammunition

Like the woman on Armed Attorneys said, you want someone to get arrested, because odds are good this gets thrown out. But you don't want that someone to be you, because it will be a hassle, and there are real consequences if things go sideways.

Apparently the USSC has warned the lower courts about wantonly issuing wide ranging injunctions. Also...

Why didn't Biden ban them when he had control of congress?

Consider this; I would suggest that at least 95% of AR pistol owners are productive, working and making a good bit of money. Not the elite rich (if you're in that bracket and want guns, you likely have something in full auto). But definitely a broad section of your tax base.
Government will nickel and dime them, and proposed rule changes will push many to join gun organizations (as you see, the injunctions only cover members). We all know the NRA is corrupt as hell, it wouldn't shock me too much if there are guys involved with all these groups who are in it for the money. Maybe not all of them, but a few in every group. And I wouldn't be shocked if some of them are on a first name basis with some of the politicians involved. You push the populace to panic-spend money, right into the hands of their buddies.
