What is the setup there?
Do they require or offer a membership or is it open to the public?
Regular hours or appointments?

I think it's a private club

It's open about once a month (this time of year) for "registered" sporting clays tournaments. Anyone can show up and shoot the tournament (Usual fee is ~$65).
The next registered shoot is October 16. It'll be 100 targets, and you'll pretty much need a gas or electric cart.
And the owner (Charlie Prescott) occasionally allows charitable organizations (like the Lions Club) to hold benefit shoots (sporting clays).
Other than during these events,it's a private estate.

Thanks for the details. He has a fine sporting clays course out there. And a great clubhouse setup, too. I'll keep a watch out for chances to shoot there.

A couple of the shooting stations are on a nice pond on the south end of the property. Don't know if that's the one you're talking about.

I was there, too. That's how I discovered how nice the place is. But while I was there, I didn't find out any details on how the range is used for other shooting opportunities.
From the looks of that clubhouse, there must be some kind of membership, or at least, a core group of friends/backers who support the the owner and the operation. Unless that is a holdover from a former club or business that operated on the property or something like that.
