Slice about 3/4 of an inch thick steaks and sautee in butter or bacon grease with salt and pepper.

I’ve made faux crab cakes. They are delicious, but prefer like the others have suggested.

Last one we found we cut into small cube and sautéed as the other guy suggested and served over grilled backstrap.

I saw this thread last week when I was out of town and couldn't remember the name for the website.

Field and Forest

I have ordered from them as well several times and they have always great luck with their products. Their recipe list is worth checking out.
